A mellow bourbon style flavour with subtle oak and vanilla, harmonised with lush, dark blackberry notes. Combine this with sugar and neutral spirit or vodka for a taste experience inspired by a top shelf spirit.
Mixing Instructions: Shake well and add contents to 270g of sugar and top up to 2.25L with 40% ABV neutral spirit or vodka. Stir to dissolve. Makes three 750 ml bottles/2 x 1.125 L.
Vary sugar to taste.
