Shipping Policy
We do not put a mark up our shipping, you pay what we pay or even less as we pay rural delivery fees on your behalf and also subsidise freight when its necessary. If you are in Auckland you are more than welcome to pick-up your order from out retail store in Albany, just select pick up at the checkout. All courier costs are charged by weight/size and location being shipped to.
Our website is set up to quote freight using our current courier provider, which is CourierPost. It will not quote for overseas deliveries. We can send to residential, business and PO Box addresses.
From 1st July 2022 CourierPost services will be no signature. Couriers will have a GPS receipt and a photo to shown proof of delivery. Please inspect your items as soon as possible after delivery and notify us if there is any issues.
Freight prices are inclusive of GST (15%). freight is calculated by weight and also by volume, so a light and bulky item like 30 plastic beer bottles or a 30 litre fermenting pail will cost the same as a heavy item to send.
We currently do not charge a rural delivery fee.
Subsidised Freight Costs;
Auckland Tickets: Flat rate $5.50*.
Order as much as you like and only pay $5.50 for the delivery. (*Excludes all oversized items like kegerators and glycol chillers which cannot go via standard courier services).
Includes all addresses within the greater Auckland zone as far north as Wellsford Town Centre and out to Pukekohe, does not include Waiheke or Great Barrier Islands.
Next working day delivery time, rural delivery time additional.
Nationwide Satchels: small items, non fragile $6.90
Nationwide Shoe Box Sized Parcel: 5kg weight limit/0.15m3, $9.90 -11.90
Nationwide Large Boxes: The website will calculate freight for you depending on your location, weight and size of the item.
Allow 1-2 working days delivery time for zones within North Island, rural delivery time additional.
Allow 2-3 working days delivery time within South Island and Great Barrier, rural delivery time additional.
Track and Trace
You will be sent your tracking details when CourierPost collect and scan your item from us. If you need any help with delivery please contact us.
Out Of Stocks:
We endeavour to maintain accurate stock levels on our website but sometimes we run out of items and don't have correct levels listed. If there is an out of stock item on your order we will notify you to the expected delay time and ask if you would like to "hold" the order until complete or "substitute" for another suitable product. We do not operate a back order system.
