Shipping policy

  • Most orders we receive are shipped out same day (or next working day if we miss the last pick up) with CourierPost. We can send to your PO Box, home or business or Waiheke Island and Great Barrier Island. Please note Waiheke Island and Great Barrier Island are NOT Auckland delivery for $5.50. No additional rural delivery fee is charged on our orders, however please bear in mind that we have to pay a $5.50 rural delivery fee on your behalf so please choose a non-rural delivery address if you have one. Your order is tracked.
  • Auckland delivery (Warkworth to Pukekohe) will usually be next working day.
  • North Island deliveries will usually also be next working day but allow 1-2 days
  • South Island deliveries will usually be 2-3 working days though satchels and small boxes may be faster. 
  • Rural delivery addresses may add extra delivery times.
  • We cannot guarantee these delivery times, but CourierPost is generally very reliable. If your order is not received promptly, please contact as asap to sort the delivery problem. 
  • ***Oversized items are to be collected from our store only and will not include freight at check out. We have tried our best to make this info clear, however if you ignore this message and think you are getting free delivery of oversized items you are not. If we then have to cancel and refund the credit card we will deduct 2.5% first to cover the credit card transaction costs we have incurred. Internet banking will not incur a refund fee.
  • The weights shown in freight refer to the volumetric weight of the items.
  • From early 2022 all items are sent 'No Signature Required' as per CourierPost's standard delivery service. Please add a comment on your order if you would like the parcels left somewhere secure if you are not home at delivery.
  •  ***Shipping Conditions: Courier companies will not cover any damage to glass items, so we recommend you collect these glass jars or bottles from the shop. If you need them shipped out, we will take all precautions we can to get them to you safely but if they get damaged, we will not be replacing the stock or refunding the breakage.
