Returns and Exchanges.
Hauraki Home Brew recommends that customers thoroughly inspect goods upon receipt, opening any product packaging carefully and before disposing of any original packaging.
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase date to discuss the issue and whether we can offer to exchange the goods to the same value (excluding shipping costs). We will only accept goods returned with prior notification through correspondence via email to haurakihomebrew@gmail.com or phone 09 442 5070. Please advise the reason for wanting to return.
Refunds or exchanges will be offered at our discretion and may be denied if you have simply changed your mind on the purchase. We will not accept returned goods in damaged packaging unless they are faulty.
Faulty products are rare but we will work with the manufacturer/distributor to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible and get you a replacement product.
Delivery charges and return freight costs will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.
There is no return or exchange for sale items.
We will not accept any goods that have been used, altered, damaged, or have their packaging damaged.
We cannot guarantee that we will be willing to accept the item for return or exchange if you do not contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your goods. All returned goods must be sent to Hauraki Home Brew, 11D Piermark Drive, Rosedale, 0632.
