Number 6.5 bung from Vintage Shop, Canada.

This bung is compatible with plastic airlocks and will fit the 5 litre Jar with swing top and (modern) 11.4 Litre and 23 Litre Glass Carboys. It will also fit a traditional 4.5 litre glass demi-john with 2 handles.

It will NOT fit the new 5 litre glass jar with cap.

Approx measurements Top 34mm x Bottom 27mm. Length 25mm. Hole size 9.6mm.

Vintage Shop: All of our stoppers are moulded. They are BPA-free, made out of Food Grade materials. They provide an air-tight seal to carboys, necessary for proper fermentation. They come with molded hole.

Each has a perfect consistency as they are all injection molded.

The quality is comparable to silicone stoppers. They stick perfectly to Glass and PET, even when they are wet, however, to improve the seal between glass carboys and the stoppers is best if both are dry. Maximum Temperature: 70 °C
