This Classic down-under Pale Ale can be brewed simply with 1kg of dextrose, or adjusted to your preferred strength and flavour. Adjust the fermentables in the table for body and ABV. Or add dry hops to your taste. Can be brewed Low or Mid, from 2.6% to 4.8% ABV. See can for recipe options.

Colour - Pale Straw, 5 EBC; Bitterness - Low-medium, 17 IBU;
Grist - Pale ale malt; Wort - OG 1.038; FG 1.008 (approx.); Yeast - Pale Ale Yeast. Dry Hop Additions Required: For that classic flavour, dry hop with 30 - 100g of NZ New World hops like Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin or Motueka.
