Brewing: Nectaron/Hort 4337 is at home in any modern beer style where punchy tropical fruit characters are desirable. Its distinctive passionfruit/pineapple character provides an upfront sensation of sweet tropical fruits and it has a unique biotransformation that is noticeably different between both American and English ale yeast strains. It shines best when used late or when dry hopping. Not for the faint hearted, Nectaron/Hort 4337 delivers a consistent dose of high quality tropical hop aroma every time.
