Nectaron® is a powerhouse aroma hop celebrated for its bold tropical fruit intensity and vibrant citrus character. Bursting with notes of passionfruit, pineapple, grapefruit, and ripe stone fruit, it delivers a striking aroma profile that has made it a favourite in modern hop-forward beer styles.
Extensive commercial brewing trials across Strong Pale Ales and India Pale Ales have consistently showcased its ability to produce expressive tropical flavours, led by juicy passionfruit and pineapple, supported by layers of peach and bright citrus. This rich fruit spectrum carries through beautifully from aroma to finished beer, creating exceptional depth and drinkability.
Designed for contemporary brewing, Nectaron thrives in styles where impactful hop character is the main attraction. Its signature passionfruit and pineapple notes create an immediate impression of lush, ripe tropical fruit, while its unique interaction with different yeast strains can enhance and shape flavour expression in distinct ways.
Nectaron performs exceptionally well in late kettle additions, whirlpool applications, and dry hopping, where its full aromatic potential can be unlocked. Intense, expressive, and unmistakably fruit-driven, it delivers a reliable burst of premium tropical hop character with every brew.
Perfect for lagers, pale ales, IPAs, NEIPAs, and a wide range of modern craft beer styles, Nectaron is the go-to hop for brewers seeking maximum tropical impact.
