Molasses is a by-product of the sugar refining process and as such, is not produced to standard specifications other than the brix. Molasses is a dark brown viscous syrup. Molasses has a typical reducing sugar range of 4-12%.

Mix with warm water to dissolve before adding to your fermenter. Pair with Pure Distilling Rum Specialty Yeast for best results.
