Golden Oat Malt is made using our Big O grain. The oats are germinated in the same way as our Big O Malt, then roasted in small batches to ensure an even saccharification and colour, just as our Crystal Malt recipe. Gladfield Golden Oats are crystalised in their own husk giving you better lautering and adding a creamy texture and a beautiful orange hue colour to your beer. The availability of this malt is something we have planned for, so if you like it and want to use it on a core range beer, we will ensure to have it available for you!
