- *Sugar *This kit requires the addition of 4 kg of granulated sugar (sucrose) or preferably 4.4 kg of brewing sugar (dextrose) for fermentation.
- 30 x 750 ml wine bottles and 30 corks & corker / novatwist screw caps or 30 x 750ml fliptop beer bottles can be used.
Ingredients: Concentrate [red grape juice concentrate (sulphites), invert sugar syrup, elderberry juice concentrate, acid (citric acid), acidity regulator (sodium citrate), water, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium metabisulphite]. Flavouring add-back [red grape juice concentrate (sulphites), blackcurrant juice concentrate, red current juice concentrate, flavourings, water, preservatives (sodium metabisulphite, potassium sorbate)]. Chitosan [water, acid (malic acid), chitosan (crustaceans). Nutrient [yeast nutrients, acidity regulator (sodium citrate), antifoaming agents (polydimethylsiloxane, silicon dioxide), dextrose, enzyme (pectinase), vitamins, trace minerals]; Kieselsol (silica solution); Yeast [dried yeast (yeast, emulsifier (sorbitan monostearate))]; Stabiliser [preservatives (sodium metabisulphite, potassium sorbate)].
