Inspired by the laid-back beer culture of the Pacific, this light-coloured Pale Ale delivers a soft, refreshing body with delicate wheat and ale malt character reminiscent of fresh white bread. Vibrant hop notes of citrus, peach, and passionfruit create a bright, fruity finish that keeps you coming back for more.
This Craft Beer Kit includes American Ale Yeast and 30g Melba dry hop pellets, enhancing the beer with layers of juicy stone fruit and tropical aroma. For the ideal Pacific Pale Ale, we recommend adding 1.5kg Brick Road Extra Light Malt Extract. To further amplify the tropical fruit and citrus profile, dry hop with up to 200g of premium hops such as Citra®, Cascade, or Nelson Sauvin®
