Bright notes of passionfruit, fresh lime, lemon zest, and tropical fruit shine through, finishing with a pleasantly dry, clean bitterness that leaves the palate refreshed and ready for the next sip.

This Craft Beer Kit includes Pacific Lager Yeast and 30g Motueka™ dry hop pellets, delivering the distinctive aroma and crisp drinkability that define modern New Zealand pilsners. For the ideal NZ Craft Pilsner, we recommend adding 1.5kg Brick Road Extra Light Malt Extract to create a light-bodied yet flavourful beer with excellent balance.

For an even bigger burst of tropical fruit and citrus aroma, dry hop with up to 200g of premium New Zealand hop varieties such as Riwaka™, Nelson Sauvin™, Motueka™, or Nectaron™, enhancing the beer's bright, fresh hop character.
