Rich, dark, and wonderfully full-bodied, this Imperial Porter delivers layers of caramel sweetness, roasted cocoa, and smooth malt complexity, balanced by a firm yet approachable hop bitterness. For an even creamier mouthfeel and enhanced sweetness, add 1kg of lactose.
This Craft Beer Kit includes American Ale Yeast and 30g Chinook dry hop pellets, providing subtle citrus and pine notes that complement the beer’s robust malt character. For a true Imperial Porter experience, we recommend brewing with 1.5kg Brick Road Dark Malt Extract and 1kg Brick Road Dark Dry Malt Extract (or 1kg dextrose) to achieve maximum depth, body, and flavour.
