A Brick Road Brown Ale kit supplied with ale yeast, producing caramel and toffee flavours with medium body and balanced bitterness.
For a Classic Brown Ale add 1.5kg Brick Road Amber malt extract. For a lighter brown Ale add 1kg Brick Road Dry malt extra (or 1kg dextrose). Finish with 30g of your favourite hops if you prefer.
