ABV: 4.5% (approx. using 1.7kg Black Rock Unhopped Light)
Black Rock Classic XPA is brewed with 100% MaltEurop Pilsner Malt, resulting in a light, crisp flavor and a pale golden color. The NZ Green Bullet hops provide a mild bitterness that balances the malt sweetness, creating a refreshing and easy-drinking Extra Pale Ale.
This Classic XPA is known for its light body and subtle malt character, making it an ideal choice for those who enjoy a refreshing and sessionable beer. The high-quality malt and carefully selected hops ensure a satisfying and smooth drinking experience, perfect for any occasion.
Requires 1kg dextrsoe or brew with Black Rock Unhopped Light, or combine 2 cans of Classic XPA for a more intense hop aroma and bitterness. Try brewing this recipe with a specialty ale yeast like Fermentis Yeast: SafAle™ US-05.
