IBU: 20, SRM: 12
Malt: 100% MaltEurop Pilsner Malt.
Hops, (bittering): NZ Hops Green Bullet™
ABV: 4.5% (approx. using 1.7kg Black Rock Unhopped Ultralight)
Requires 1kg dextrose or brew with Black Rock Unhopped Ultralight, or combine 2 cans of Classic Lager for a more intense hop aroma and bitterness. Try brewing this recipe with a specialty lager yeast like Fermentis Yeast: SafLager™ W-34/70.
Suggested hop additions:
New Zealand Hops: Nelson Sauvin: Adds white wine, gooseberry, and tropical fruit notes, perfect for a unique and aromatic Lager.Motueka: Provides lime, lemon, and tropical fruit aromas, ideal for a refreshing and fruity Lager.
American Hops:
Cascade: Adds floral, citrus, and grapefruit notes, perfect for a classic and refreshing Lager.
Centennial: Provides lemon, floral, and pine aromas, ideal for a bold and aromatic Lager.
Ingredients: Malted barley, water, hops, hop extract and yeast (under the lid).
