Yeast Nutrient is supplied as a free flowing pale brown to yellow crystalline powder, which is a formulated blend of organic salts, vitamins, amino acids and trace elements along with an approved organic source of nitrogen. This is designed to ensure correction of nutrient deficiencies in wort.
Usage: Yeast Nutrient should be added at a rate 5g per 25L of wort.
It should be slurried in a few litres of liquid and added to the kettle towards the end of the boil.
