Our Australian Style Wine Kit range produces a perfect commercial grade wine in just 7 days!  The Australian Style Shiraz Wine Kit will produce a dark ruby red wine, full bodied with rich tannins, balanced acidity and with a taste of the new world Shiraz grape. This kit can be drunk immediately after 7 days, but it will soften and produce an even better balance after another few weeks.

All ingredients you need are in the box, just add water to make 23 litres of delicious new world style Shiraz red wine. 

Ingredients: Juice: Grape Juice Concentrate, water, sugar, preservatives (sodium metabisulphite). Sachets: 1. Dried Wine yeast, nutrients, 2. Stabiliser (potassium sorbate), sodium metabisulphite. 3. Finings A kielsol 4. Finings B Chitosan (mushroom, sulphites)
