Our Australian Style Wine Kit range produces a perfect commercial grade wine in just 7 days! The Australian Style Merlot Wine Kit mixes the Merlot grape for its slight hint of plum and other very ripe fruits, with a crisp and balanced white grape for its clearer fruity flavours. The balance is perfect for a rose. Drink it well chilled!

Merlot: Featuring the typical hint of plum this Merlot will produce a full bodied red wine with the inclusion of Tannins. Approx 11-12% ABV

All ingredients you need are in the box, just add water to make 23 litres of delicious new world style Merlot red wine. 

Ingredients: Juice: Grape Juice Concentrate, water, sugar, preservatives (sodium metabisulphite). Sachets: 1. Dried Wine yeast, nutrients, 2. Stabiliser (potassium sorbate), sodium metabisulphite. 3. Finings A kielsol 4. Finings B Chitosan (mushroom, sulphites)
