Premium 8 Spirit Yeast is a high-performance yeast designed for consistent, reliable fermentation with excellent alcohol yield and clean results. An excellent all-round spirit yeast, it is best suited to 8 kg sugar or 9 kg dextrose washes where maximum alcohol yield and strong fermentation performance are required. It can also be used with 6kg sugar/dextrose or 7kg sugar/7kg dextrose washes for fast fermenting.
