Brick Road Mosaic West Coast IPA Beer Kit with Mosaic Hops

Bold, bright, and unmistakably hop-forward, this West Coast IPA pours a brilliant golden hue with a clean, crisp finish. A firm bitterness from the malt base provides balance, while Mosaic® dry hopping delivers vibrant layers of stone fruit, citrus, and tropical aromas, creating a refreshingly modern take on a classic style.

This Craft Beer Kit includes American Ale Yeast and 30g Mosaic® dry hop pellets, helping to achieve the style's signature clarity, drinkability, and expressive hop character. For the ideal West Coast IPA, we recommend adding 1.5kg Brick Road Light Malt Extract plus 1kg Brick Road Light Dry Malt Extract (or 1kg dextrose) to build body, flavour, and alcohol strength.

For an even bigger hop experience, dry hop with up to 200g of premium varieties such as Centennial®, Cascade®, Citra®, Amarillo®, Galaxy®, Riwaka™, Nelson Sauvin™, or Motueka™ to boost citrus and tropical fruit notes. For a more traditional resinous and pine-driven character, consider adding Columbus® hops.
