Brick Road Mosaic Hazy IPA Beer Kit with Mosaic Hops

Bursting with juicy hop character, this bright golden Hazy IPA delivers a soft, pillowy mouthfeel thanks to a carefully crafted blend of wheat and pale malts. Mosaic® hops take centre stage, layering the beer with vibrant tropical fruit, citrus, and subtle floral aromas, creating a smooth and intensely flavourful drinking experience.

This Craft Beer Kit includes Hazy Ale Yeast and 30g Mosaic® dry hop pellets to build the signature haze, body, and fruit-forward aroma of the style. For the ultimate Hazy IPA, we recommend adding 1.5kg Brick Road Extra Light Malt Extract plus 1kg Brick Road Extra Light Dry Malt Extract (or 1kg dextrose) to enhance body, strength, and drinkability.

To take the aroma and flavour to the next level, dry hop with up to 200g of premium citrus and tropical fruit varieties such as Citra®, Amarillo®, Galaxy®, Riwaka™, Nelson Sauvin™, Motueka™, or Nectaron®, creating an explosion of juicy hop character in every glass.
