Our website is set up to quote freight using our current courier provider, CourierPost. It will not quote for overseas deliveries, please contact us directly to see if we can ship to you.

Unless specified by you our deliveries are Signature required. Ideally a person should be available to inspect goods for damage during shipping before signing and accepting the parcel. Parcels left at customers direction of "No Signature Required"  or not inspected before signature is obtained will have no insurance claim available through the courier company or Hauraki Home Brew Service.

We "subsidise" the freight cost to our customers and hope you find this offers you the best value possible. Freight prices are inclusive of GST (15%). freight is calculated by weight and also by volume, so a light and bulky item like 30 plastic beer bottles or a 30 litre fermenting pail will cost the same as a heavy item to send.

Subsidised Freight Costs;

Auckland Tickets $3.50.

Order as much as you like and only pay $3.50. No limits except some bulky items if on special which may include an additional freight charge of $3.50.. 

Includes all addresses within the greater Auckland zone as far north as Wellsford and out to Pukekohe, does not include Waiheke or Great Barrier Islands.

Next working day delivery time

North Island (all areas not covered by Auckland ticket, excluding the Islands)

Satchels $3.80 or $4.50.

Parcel rate schedule: $6.50 shoe box size (max weight 5kgs), $7.50, $8.50, $10 etc

1-2 Working days delivery time

South Island, Great Barrier and Waiheke Island

Satchels $3.80 or $4.50.

Parcel rate schedule: $8.00 shoe box size (max weight 5kgs), $16.00, $19.00 etc

2-3 Working days delivery time

We have NO rural delivery or non urban fees.

Track and Trace

You will be sent your tracking details when CourierPost collect and scan your item from us. If you need any help with delivery please contact us.

Out Of Stocks:

We endeavour to maintain accurate stock levels on our website but sometimes we run out of items and don't have correct levels listed. If there is an out of stock item on your order we will notify you to the expected delay time and ask if you would like to "hold" the order until complete or "substitute" for another suitable product. We do not operate a back order system.
