It is perfect for collecting or bulk storage of spirit either plain or flavoured or on oak. Wide neck allows for the easy use of oak chunks. Also perfect for infusing with gin botanicals, fruits etc. Or for storing and clearing a finished wine or still cider.
Rubber Bung With Hole #9.5 is compatible with this jar if you want to fit an airlock.
