Muntons Golden Ale Recipe

This is a UK generated recipe so we will need to sub the Premium Gold yeast to a brand that is available in NZ. Use your favourite english ale yeast like Lallemand Windsor or Fermentis SO4. We are using a Hopped malt extract and an unhopped malt extract with this yeast. You can use dextrose in place of sugar. It is intended to ferment a full flavoured, full bodied golden ale, approx 1.012. The recipe calls for 60gms of Amarillo hops but you can use any amount of your favourite hop.
