Muntons Brut IPA Recipe

This is a UK generated recipe so we will need to sub the Gervin Sparking wine yeast to a brand that is available in NZ. Use Hauraki Champagne yeast OR Mangrove Jacks SN9/CL23. We are using a Hopped malt extract and an unhopped malt extract with this yeast. It is intended to ferment very crisp and dry, approx 1.003. The recipe calls for 180gms of Amarillo hops but you can use any amount of your favourite hop.
