Description
Pale Ale is a moderately bittered, refreshing straw coloured ale. Supplemented with enhancing malts and wheat to produce a beautifully balanced beer. Best when dry hopped with your favourite aromatic varieties.

Classic American Pale Ale - one or combination of the ‘C Hops’ Cascade, Centennial, Chinook or Columbus.
For a NZPA use your favourite NZ grown hop like Riwaka, Motueka, Pacific Jade or Nelson Sauvin
