Each of our cider varieties has been formulated with only the freshest and best quality fruit which is then pressed and concentrated using our state of the art evaporators, and then cold filled into a pouch. All this effort we go to ensures we preserve the natural flavour of the fruit, giving you cider which is fresh, crisp and especially good on a hot summer's day.

A soft lingering scent of ripe blueberries blended with a sharp apple base. Refreshing and thirst quenching.
ABV Approx: 5.2%

Style: Sweet-Can be made off dry or sweet, you can choose whether you want to use 1/2, all or none of the sweetener packet) .

Colour: Deep Reddish Purple

Makes 23 Litres, requires 1 kg dextrose brewing sugar (sold separately).

Ingredients: Concentrate [apple juice concentrate (75%), glucose syrup, blueberry juice concentrate (3.5%), aciditiy regulators (DL-malic acid, citric acid), colour (anthocyanin), yeast nutrients, water, preservative (sodium metabisulphite)], flavourings (flavouring, natural flavouring), cider yeast [dried yeast (yeast, emulsifier (E491)), yeast extract, vitamins, trace minerals], sweetener [dextrose, acesulfame K].
