Freight Charges

Please place your order for goods required and select payment method.
(If paying by internet banking do not make payment until we contact you again).
We will then assess your order for freight charges, and if they apply we will email you with the amount, and will not proceed with the order until we have your acceptance for the freight amount. Once you have our reply please make internet payment, send a cheque or we will charge your credit card as authorized.
Goods will not be sent until we have confirmed payment.

NB: The website, by necessity, has a flat rate $5.00 freight charge Default setting which is not specifically charged, we will contact you with the required amount.
We use Now Couriers for most of our deliveries and NZ Post for our rural deliveries.
Freight will be dependant on weight, size and/or volumetric size of the parcel and area it is to be delivered to.

Large Parcels by Now Couriers
Freight to areas between Albany and Papakura, up to 25kg (maximum 0.125m3) will cost you $3.80 if the order is under $38.00.
If above $38.00 it will be free freight to you, excluding rural delivery and PO Box addresses.

Freight out further to Orewa, Whangaparaoa and Pukekohe, up to 25kg (maximum 0.125m3) will cost you $5.50 if the order is under $55.00.
If above $55.00 it will be free freight, excluding rural delivery and PO Box addresses.

Freight out further to Whangarei, Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupo, up to 25kg (maximum 0.06m3) will cost you $7.60 if order is under $76.00.
If above $76.00 it will be free freight, excluding rural delivery and PO Box addresses.

Freight between Taupo and Wellington, up to 25kg (maximum 0.06m3) will cost you $9.50 if order is under $95.00.
If above $95.00 it will be free freight, excluding rural delivery and PO Box addresses.

Freight to the South Island (restricted size) will cost you $12.50 for 5kg (includes rural/PO Boxes) or free freight above $125.00, then $16.95 up to 25kg (maximum 0.06m3). If above $169.50 it will be free freight, excluding rural delivery and PO Box addresses.

Freight to Waiheke Island (including rural and PO Box) will cost $7.50 for up to 5kg, free freight over $75.00 or $9.50 for 15kg free freight over $95.00.

Small Parcels
Many small parcel rates are available by NZ Post between $2.50 and $6.50 which are suitable for rural delivery, or a shoe box size by Now couriers will cost $5.90, free freight if over $59.00.


Rural delivery.
We will use NZ Post and quote specifically on the weight, size and volumetric weight of the parcel. Please make sure you list your RD address when ordering, if we send by courier in error the parcel will suffer large delays and require more payment before delivery
NB: Rural delivery addresses are significantly more expensive to ship to so please supply a C/- Address for township delivery ie petrol station or general store if possible.

No Signature Required.
Please note if you direct us to have the order left somewhere without a signature then the parcel may go missing and we may not be able to lodge a claim.
Please supply an alternative address if possible.
