Freight Charges

Please place your order for goods required and select payment method.
(PLEASE NOTE IF PAYING BY INTERNET BANKING DO NOT MAKE PAYMENT UNTIL WE GET BACK TO YOU REGARDING FREIGHT).
We will then assess your order for freight charges, and if they apply we will email you with the amount, and will not proceed with the order until we have your acceptance for the freight amount. Once you have our reply please make internet payment, send a cheque or we will charge your credit card as authorized.
Goods will not be sent until we have confirmed payment.

NB: The website, by necessity, has a flat rate $6.50 freight charge Default setting which is not specifically charged, we will contact you with the required amount.
We use Now Couriers and Fastways for most of our deliveries and NZ Post for our rural deliveries.
Freight will be dependant on weight, size and/or volumetric size of the parcel and area it is to be delivered to.

Freight Cost -Local Auckland Parcels $4.50, Outer Auckland Parcels $5.50
NB: These freight cost will overide the one listed under "Freight Conditions" which we are not able to change.
We had not changed the costs listed or charged for several years despite price increases, fuel surcharges and GST changes as we cannot access this part of the web site, but after more increases from the couriers we will now have to increase the ticket prices as well as our "free freight" levels.

Delivery Local Parcels (Non Rural)(Albany, Henderson, Howick, Aiport, And Drury) We will use Fastway Couriers Pink ticket for this service. We can send up to 25kgs per ticket or .150m3. This will cost $4.50 or for orders over $45.00 will be free freight and we will remove the freight estimate that the website estimates.
Delivery Outer Auckland Parcels (Non Rural)( Orewa, Silverdale, Helensville, Kumeu, Whenuapai, Titirangi, Waiuku, Pukekohe, Clevendon, Ardmore, Tuakau And Pokeno. We will use Fastway Couriers Blue ticket for this service. We can send up to 25kgs per ticket or .150m3. This will cost $5.50 or for orders over $55.00 will be free freight and we will remove the freight estimate that the website estimates.
We can also use NZ Post for rural delivery which will be $5.50 or free freight over $55.00.

Freight for the North Island - Whangarei, Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua, Taupo.
Up to 25kg (maximum 0.06m3) will cost you $8.20 if order is under $82.00, if above $82.00 it will be free freight, excluding rural delivery and PO Box addresses. Freight between Taupo and Wellington, up to 25kg (maximum 0.06m3) will cost you $10.20 if order is under $102.00, if above $102.00 it will be free freight, excluding rural delivery and PO Box addresses.

Freight Cost South Island, Waiheke, Great Barrier (restricted size)
By nz post will cost you $12.50 for 5kg (includes rural/PO Boxes) or free freight above $125.00, then $18.30 up to 25kg (maximum 0.06m3). If above $183.00 it will be free freight, excluding rural delivery and PO Box addresses.

Small Parcels
Many small parcel rates are available by NZ Post between $2.50 and $7.20 which are suitable for rural delivery, or a shoe box size by Now couriers will cost $6.50 free freight if over $65.00, or a shoe box size by fastways couriers will cost $6.90.
We also have a DL (126mm x 240mm Satchel for $3.00 anywhere in New Zealand for those small bit n pieces.

Rural delivery
We will use NZ Post and quote specifically on the weight, size and volumetric weight of the parcel. Please make sure you list your RD address when ordering, if we send by courier in error the parcel will suffer large delays and require more payment before delivery
NB: Rural delivery addresses are significantly more expensive to ship to so please supply a C/- Address for township delivery ie petrol station or general store if possible.

No Signature Required.
Please note if you direct us to have the order left somewhere without a signature then the parcel may go missing and we may not be able to lodge a claim.
Please supply an alternative address if possible.
