Lalvin EC1118 Wine Yeast
Minimum weight of 5gms per sachet. Use 1 sachet per fermenter up to a maximum of 23 litres. Always use the whole packet at once. Store in the fridge if possible to extend quality of use.

Lalvin is the highest quality label as used by commercial wineries around the world.
Specifically used in true Champagnes in France so perfect for sparking wines and cider.
Particularly good in white grape and white fruit wines.
High alcohol tolerant to 17% so also suitable for Sherry and Dessert Wines.
Very clean, neutral fermeter so recommended for Honey Mead.
Low temperature tolerant down to approximately 4C.
