Icon Liqueurs Shamrock Cream Flavouring

Irish whiskey style flavouring with a distinct, sweet and creamy taste, with subtle notes of chocolate and coffee.

Mixing Instructions

Pre-mix 70 mL of warm water with 250 mLof 40% ABV vodka or neutral alcohol. Add the mixture to the Icon Liqueurs Shamrock Cream Base 215 g while whisking thoroughly. Add this flavouring and top up to 1 L with 40% ABV distilled spirit or vodka.

Ingredients: Water, invert sugar syrup, fructose syrup, glucose syrup, colour (caramel (E150d)), flavourings (barley), preservatives (sodium metabisulphite, potassium sorbate).

Ingredients: Beverage whitener (vegetable fat, glucose syrup solids, milk protein, emulsifiers {E477,E471, E481(1)}, stabiliser {E340 (11)}, salt), sugar, cream flavour, acidity regulator (E331).

Contains wheat and milk.
