This is a low sweetening syrup for spirits and liqueurs. Adds good body to a liqueur but you'll generally need to add sugar for the required sweetness.

Also called Ageing or Smoothing Syrup as it makes a newly made product less sharp and appear older.

Ingredients:Glucose syrup (from corn). Contains sulphites.
