Use 1 kg of dextrose brewing sugar with any beer kit (except all-malt kits) to standardise the final alcohol strength.
Dextrose dissolves more easily than white sugar, ferments quicker and produces cleaner alcohol.
It will produce a more crisp flavour very suitable for lagers, pilsners and ciders.
It is also suitable for winemaking and spirit wash production.
As our dextrose is 100% Glucose with no other additives it is also suitable for "white cane sugar free diets"
