Top Shelf Port Ruby Flavouring

Makes a ruby style port flavouring with a velvety texture.

Mixing Instructions

Shake well before use. Dissolve a packet of Still Spirits Liqueur Base B (sold separately) in 1 750ml bottle of red wine (Merlot). Add this essence and 770 ml of 40% ABV distilled spirit or vodka. Top up to 2.25 L with water. Add sugar to taste if a sweeter port is desired. 

Ingredients: Stabiliser (E422), colour (E150d) (sulphites), water, natural flavouring, colour (E122).
